Cookies Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This policy explains how Versadox Pty Ltd (ACN 700 043 634) ("Versadox", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on versadox.com, app.versadox.com and our related services (the Platform).

It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage and pixels — do comparable jobs. Together they let a site recognise your device, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used.

Session cookies last only until you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.

What we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the Platform to work. These cannot be turned off, because without them you cannot sign in or stay signed in.

  • Keeping you authenticated between pages and visits — Set by: Supabase · Type: Persistent
  • Security and abuse prevention — Set by: Cloudflare · Type: Session / persistent
  • Remembering interface preferences — Set by: Versadox · Type: Persistent

Analytics

Help us understand how people use the Platform — which pages are visited, which features are used, where people stop. We use this to improve the product.

  • Usage measurement and reporting — Set by: Google Analytics · Type: Persistent

Analytics data is collected in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you individually.

Advertising

Where we run advertising, we may use cookies to measure whether an ad led to a visit or a signup, and to avoid showing you the same ad repeatedly.

  • Conversion measurement and ad performance — Set by: Google Ads · Type: Persistent

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not permit advertisers to collect personal information through the Platform.

How long they last

From a single browsing session up to 24 months, depending on the cookie. Analytics and advertising cookies typically expire within 26 months.

Controlling cookies

In your browser. Every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies. Look under Settings → Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.

Google Analytics. You can opt out across all sites with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Google Ads personalisation. Manage this at myadcenter.google.com.

Do Not Track. Browsers vary in how they implement Do Not Track signals and there is no agreed standard, so we do not currently respond to them. We keep this under review.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version on versadox.com.
